You may request a return or cancel your order within 10 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to the change-of-mind return conditions below.
The 10-calendar-day window starts when you receive the goods, or when a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered goods. It does not start on the purchase date.
To meet the deadline, notify us clearly of your decision to return or cancel within 10 calendar days of delivery. Your request must be made within this window; the returned goods do not have to reach us within the same 10 days.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
For a change-of-mind return, please make sure that:
You notified us of your return request within 10 calendar days of delivery
The goods are unused, have not been damaged by you, and are in the original packaging
The following goods are not eligible for a change-of-mind return:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods that deteriorate rapidly.
Goods that have been used or damaged by the customer. Opening a seal alone does not establish that an item has been used.
The supply of goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We inspect returned goods for evidence of use or customer-caused damage and check them against the conditions above. If a change-of-mind return is declined, we will explain the specific condition that was not met and the evidence supporting that decision.
The change-of-mind conditions and exclusions above do not limit your statutory rights for defective goods, goods damaged on arrival, or goods sent incorrectly. If there is a problem with your order, contact support@ahramcare.com so we can help.
If the order is canceled while it is still being processed, no fees will be charged. There is no restocking fee for returns.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the actual return-shipping cost and are responsible for the return shipment. AhramCare pays the return-shipping cost for defective goods, goods damaged on arrival, or goods sent incorrectly. Contact us by email before returning goods so we can confirm the return arrangements. For change-of-mind returns, we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.
The following gift arrangements apply to eligible change-of-mind returns and do not limit statutory rights for defective or incorrect goods.
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
